Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

If your refund request is approved, you’ll be asked to send the defective item back to us. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
